Refund policy

At Bebecito Threads, each piece is made with care and attention to detail. Because our products are custom-made and individually hand-embroidered, all sales are final. Please take a moment to carefully review your order before submitting, including:

  • Name spelling
  • Thread colors
  • Garment size and style
  • Shipping address

Processing & Shipping

  • All custom pieces are created and shipped within 1–3 weeks of your order date.
  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Refunds & Returns

  • Due to the personalized and handmade nature of our products, returns, exchanges, and refunds are not accepted.
  • We cannot make changes to your order once it has been placed, so please double-check all details prior to checkout.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

  • If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if there was a mistake on our end, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery so we can make it right.
  • We may request photos of the product and packaging to help us resolve the issue quickly.

Lost or Delayed Packages 

  • Once an order is handed over to the shipping carrier, Bebecito Threads is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. If this occurs, we recommend contacting the carrier directly with your tracking number.
